All in stock items will be processed within 1 – 2 business days, unless otherwise stated (excluding weekends and holidays)

All items are shipped via Australia Post or other courier services such as, but not limited to, Sendle, Fastways, Star Track. We always endeavor to find the most reliable and fastest service depending on your location.

Unless, otherwise selected, all parcels are sent standard shipping times. Shipping time frames are out of our control due to the increased demand for postal services. For Express service times please refer to Australia Post website for estimated delivery. We cannot guarantee that Australia Post will meet Express Service demand.

All pre-orders will be shipped once your item arrives in stock. You will be updated on expected arrival date of all pre-orders. If you purchase an in-stock item as well as a pre-ordered item please advise us at time of purchase if you wish to have them shipped separately. Shipping cost is the responsibility of customer.

Once item has been delivered to your chosen location, we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage.
