Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We will refund or exchange your purchase only if you have received a faulty product. Please inspect your goods upon delivery and contact us immediately should you have any concerns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the fault/defect.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We do not accept returns for the following
– Change of mind,
– Incorrect quantity ordered,
– Incorrect sizes ordered,
– Samples packs,
– Reduced to clear products such as red dot goods
